For the 2026–27 season, Adhvanta Hospitality also operates The White Salt Tent City by Adhvanta at Dhordo Cross Road on Khavda Road, near the White Rann. The rates and packages below are specifically for this Adhvanta-operated camp and should not be confused with tariffs set separately for the official Gujarat Tourism Tent City.
The tent city is a seasonal luxury camp set up every year near Dhordo village in Kutch, Gujarat. Rann Utsav generally runs from November through February, covering the winter festival season and the famous full-moon nights over the white salt desert.
Gujarat Tourism organises the Rann Utsav festival and sets the season dates. Around the official Tent City, private operators also run their own camps near Dhordo. The White Salt Tent City by Adhvanta is one such private luxury camp, managed by Adhvanta Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
The location sits roughly 85 km from Bhuj, which is the nearest major city with a railway station and airport.
For the 2026–27 season, The White Salt Tent City by Adhvanta offers two main accommodation categories. Prices are based on per couple, with different rates for Economy, Regular and Premium dates.

Important: GST at 18% is extra on all rates.
Premium dates generally include full-moon nights and the peak holiday block. Economy dates cover shoulder days at the beginning and end of the season, while the remaining dates are generally treated as regular dates.
Children below 6 years stay complimentary without a separate bed or seat. Entry tickets, where applicable, are charged at the time of sightseeing.

When you book The White Salt Tent City by Adhvanta, the package covers the following according to the selected itinerary:
Accommodation in your chosen tent category.
All meals and sightseeing listed in the itinerary.
Entrance tickets for the sightseeing points named in the itinerary.
AC vehicle transfers between Bhuj Railway Station and the camp on scheduled timings.
Evening cultural activities during the stay.
For the 1 Night / 2 Days package, the itinerary includes lunch, evening high tea, a visit to the White Rann, dinner and cultural activities on Day 1, followed by breakfast and check-out on Day 2.
For the 2 Nights / 3 Days package, the itinerary additionally includes sunrise at the White Rann, Road to Heaven, Dholavira sightseeing, lunch at Dholavira and Gandhi nu Gaam.
Not included: Additional transfers beyond the scheduled transfers, sightseeing points not covered by the camp’s shared transport, and other personal expenses. GST at 18% is charged extra. Lunch on the day of departure is not included.

We take care of couple, family and group bookings. Scheduled AC transfers between Bhuj Railway Station and the camp are included according to the package itinerary. Additional transfers can also be arranged subject to availability and applicable charges.
If you’re planning to visit during a full moon or peak holiday period, try to book your stay well in advance. These dates are among the most popular of the season and preferred tent categories can fill up quickly.
It’s also a good idea to keep a copy of your booking confirmation handy — either on your phone or printed out. Make sure you also check the exact tent category, travel dates, package inclusions and cancellation terms before making payment.

The tent city is near Dhordo village, Kutch district, Gujarat.
By Air: Fly into Bhuj Airport (BHJ). From Bhuj, continue by road to Dhordo. The distance is approximately 85 km and normally takes around one and a half to two hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
By Train: Bhuj railway station is the nearest major railhead. From Bhuj station, you can hire a taxi or use the scheduled AC transfer included with the Adhvanta package.
For Adhvanta’s scheduled transfer, arrival pickup from Bhuj Railway Station is at 10:00 am, while the departure transfer from the campsite to Bhuj Railway Station is scheduled at 9:30 am, or as arranged in advance.
By Road: From Ahmedabad, Dhordo is approximately 400 km by road. Self-drive, private vehicles and organised transfers are common options.
There is no railway station or airport at Dhordo itself, so travellers arriving by train or air generally reach Bhuj first and then continue by road.

Answer: You can book directly on the official Gujarat Tourism website by selecting your preferred tent category, dates, and number of guests. Payment can be made online. Alternatively, contact an authorised travel agent like Us () who can arrange the booking along with transport if needed.
Answer: Prices start at approximately Rs 6,500 per person per night for a Swiss Cottage AC tent on double occupancy with all meals included. Heritage Swiss Cottage tents go up to Rs 22,000 per person per night. Full-moon nights and weekends carry a premium over base rates.
Answer: All standard packages include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. The meals are served at the central dining area inside the tent city. Specific dietary requirements can be communicated at the time of booking or on arrival.
Answer: Yes, you can purchase a day visitor pass to attend the festival and access the Rann viewing area without booking a tent. However, full-moon nights are best experienced by staying overnight, and day passes do not give access to all cultural events. Night stays at the tent city are the recommended option if you want the complete experience.
Answer: Book four to six weeks in advance for regular weekday dates. For full-moon nights, weekends, and the period around Christmas and New Year, book eight to ten weeks ahead. The festival runs from November to late February, with peak demand between December and January.
