Adhvanta Hospitality started in 2016 with a single tented camp at a festival, on the bet that people would pay for a proper bed and a hot shower in places that had never offered either. Ten seasons later we run permanent resorts in the Himalaya and Rajasthan, and seasonal camps wherever India gathers — the Rann, the Kumbh, the desert fairs.
Why we own our camps
Most operators selling Rann Utsav tents are reselling someone else's inventory. When something goes wrong at midnight — a heater fails, a guest is unwell, a transfer does not arrive — a reseller can only make a phone call. Our tents, kitchens and staff are ours, so the person who answers is the person who can fix it.
Luxury, in places that do not have any
A tent on a salt flat 85 km from the nearest town has no water supply, no drainage and no grid. Providing an attached bathroom with running hot water, wooden flooring and air conditioning out there is an engineering exercise, and it is most of what we actually do. The festival is the easy part.
Local, because it works better
Our guides grew up in the districts they take you around. The kitchens cook the regional food rather than a hotel buffet. The Manganiar and Kutchi musicians who play at camp are from the villages nearby, and they are paid properly. This is not a corporate social responsibility line — it is why guests say the evenings feel real.

Our Story
Adhvanta was born out of a desire to change how Indians and international travellers experience the country’s festivals, deserts, mountains, and pilgrimage circuits. Too often, travellers are forced to choose between authentic, close-to-nature experiences and genuine comfort. We set out to close that gap.
