Itinerary

Day 1Dehradun Arrival & Stay

  • Our primary Heli-tour base is Dehradun. It serves as the Chardham Yatra’s beginning and ending point.
  • Pickup from Dehradun hotel by our representative. Our crew will brief you about the itinerary, do’s & don’ts, and necessary guidelines.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Dehradun.

Day 2Dehradun to Yamunotri Dham

  • Morning: Flying from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad.
  • After landing at Kharsali, start the trek to Yamunotri temple (6km) on a pony or Palki.
  • VIP Darshan at Yamunotri temple.
  • Overnight stay at Kharsali.

Day 3Visit to Gangotri Dham

  • After breakfast: Flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad.
  • Drive to the Gangotri temple (approx. 22 km). VIP Darshan at the temple.
  • Visit the sightseeing areas of Harsil, a scenic valley with dense forests and mountains.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Harsil.

Day 4Visit to Kedarnath Ji

  • Morning drive to Harsil Helipad & fly to Kedarnath Ji (Guptkashi/Sirsi Helipad).
  • Kedarnath temple is 500 meters from the helipad, taking about 15 minutes to walk.
  • Our crew will take you for VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple.
  • After Darshan, fly back to Guptkashi/Sirsi and stay overnight.

Day 5Visit to Badrinath Dham

  • After breakfast: Flying from Sirsi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad.
  • Our crew will escort you for VIP Darshan at Badrinath Temple.
  • Passengers can visit Mana village, the last Indian village near the Tibet border.
  • Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day-6Badrinath to Dehradun Drop

  • Early morning: Fly back to Dehradun.
  • Enjoy aerial views of Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, and other scenic locations.
  • Our representative will drop you off at the airport or hotel in Dehradun.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refund
  • Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with a maximum of 03 to 05 KG weight in the helicopter.

  • Chardhamhelicopters.com travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case you have any extra luggage, you can keep it at the hotel cloakroom.

  • Children above the age of 02 years will be considered full tickets.

  • There is no provision of concession tickets for children or senior citizens.

  • Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the journey.

  • In case the Chardham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, the journey will be conducted on the next available date, or the unutilized part of the journey (INR 20,000/- per Dham per customer) will be refunded.

  • In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side, the booking will be treated as canceled, and a fresh booking is required, which is subject to seat availability.

  • Hotel: In case of unavailability of any hotel mentioned above, we will provide a similar category of hotel. If you are specific about your hotel choice or any other hotel not mentioned, kindly let us know, and we will ensure to block the same as early as possible.

  • If the booking is cancelled before 30 days, 75% of the amount will be refunded.

  • If the booking is cancelled before 20 days, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

  • Later on, no refund will be entertained.

  • The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount, and the balance amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to the journey. Otherwise, the booking stands cancelled without any refund.

  • If the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are unable to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather or technical reasons, the company will try to cover all places within the stipulated time. However, if this is not possible, the company’s liability will be limited to a refund for the unutilized sector(s).

  • Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before the journey date. If rescheduling is requested within less than 15 days, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and a fresh booking will be provided subject to availability.

  • The company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, reschedule, advance, over-fly, or delay the flight. The company will not be liable for damages or other claims from passengers or third parties for any reason. The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person considered unfit for travel.

  • If guests are stranded at any Dham and request to cancel their tour before their scheduled return, the company will arrange a return vehicle by road. However, the cost will be borne by the guest on a direct payment basis. No refunds apply to guests who choose to cancel & return mid-tour.

  • No insurance coverage is provided for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pilgrims must arrange their own insurance coverage. All baggage and personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • All extra services (food, beverages, and others) ordered by the customer will be at their own expense.

  • Any meals, services not utilized, or partly utilized are non-refundable.

  • Pilgrims must stick to the itinerary.

  • The company reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

  • The customer must bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or additional travel due to unforeseen reasons.

  • The company will not be responsible for changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.
